“Working closely with Ark we introduced three unique strategies; firstly the campaign itself entitled 'Heute schon an morgen denken' (tomorrows thinking today), integrating media channels such as magazines, mail shots and a response web site.

The second stage was the development of Dialogue Marketing, an entirely new approach to customer relations.

And finally the introduction of our Premier Partners programme, a strategy designed to create a closer working relationship with our major suppliers, consolidating marketing and promotional objectives.

The campaign is well into its second year now and it has completely changed the perception of the company in the market place. Customers now look to us for new ideas and original thinking.”
