Punch - sales training video

Punch Industries is a leading manufacturer of shoe care products, selling shoe cleaner, protector, dyes and many other care products to the retail trade throughout the UK.

Punch needed a way to show retail sales staff how the products should be sold by giving customers good advice about which products to use with which type of shoe.

Ark Communications was chosen to make a series of training videos to help staff understand the benefits of each shoe care product so that good advice could be given to customers.

Manchester based actors Chloe Singer and David Brown were chosen to role play customer and sales assistants to bring to life the process of selling shoe care products. Living TV’s Lisa provided the
voice-over commentary.

The result is four educational videos that are helping to raise the quality of advice given to customers.
