was particularly frustrating as we are the Official Stringers
at Wimbledon and string rackets for the champions every
year, many of whom will only play with Bow Brand strings!
With a primary focus on our sports market, Ark initially
completed a full re-branding exercise and subsequently developed
an integrated marketing campaign designed to position us
in the market and drive key international product sales
in the US and Australia.
Now all our market communications activity is considered
in line with the brand values we have developed. A new web
site, which forms the central hub of this activity, has
generated over 1000 sales enquiries to date and has facilitated
our on-going dialogue marketing programme, allowing us to
continually talk to our customers. Integrating this with
a carefully targeted advertising and direct mail campaign
and new packaging development our sport strings sales have
already increased by 25%".
